Our new head chef Sam Hughes continues Hardy's tradition of honest brasserie favourites and seasonal menus; Sam trained with Rowley Leigh at Kensington Place and was also head chef under Raymond Blanc. Most recently he spent several years as head chef at the celebrated Sir Charles Napier in Oxfordshire....you might also have seen Sam in the latest series of Masterchef: The Professionals!
